Portions for each category: 2x

| Basic Requirements |

Espresso: 25-35 ml, own coffee
Cappuccino: 140 ml, own coffee
The competitor will bring their own coffee
Fancy Drink – Non-alcoholic Obligatory ingredient: Espresso from competitor´s own coffee
Ingredients must be measured.

| Performance Time |

Preparation Time – 6 min
Competition Time – 10 min
Cleaning up Time – 6 min
The preparation time takes place during the performance time of the previous competitor.

| Barista Inventory & Utensils |

Each competitor must provide their own Milk pitchers, barista cloths, portioned sugar.

Coffee machine La Marzocco,
Milk Rajo Barista 3,5%,
Scales, knock out box, tamper, OCD - coffee distributor, espresso and cappuccino cups
Evaluation technical score sheets adapted for the junior level.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

| Clothing / Outfit |

Suitable barista attire or school uniform used for service.

| Order of Competitors |

The order of performance for competitors is according to the draw at the meeting with team leaders, the competition organisers, and judges.

| Evaluation |

The judges evaluate the performance of each competitor, the workstation, the technique of drink preparation, taste, aroma, appearance, and overall impression. The rules have been adapted to the EUROCUP 2024.

| Instructions |

Will be given at the meeting with the team leaders, the competition organisers, and the judges, and directly on-site after the opening of the competition day.

| Work utensils |

Competitors have to bring their own: Milk jugs, sugar packets, barista cloths

| Procedures |

Each competitor must bring all the necessary tools, utensils and ingredients onto the stage table before performance within the preparation time limit. In the event of forgetting to bring any ingredient or tool, the competitor may obtain it, but must do so on their own without any assistance from other person and without stopping or interrupting the competition timer.
