Portions for each category: 2x


| Basic Requirements |

Espresso: 25-35 ml, own coffee
Cappuccino: 140 ml, own coffee
The competitor will bring their own coffee
Fancy Drink - espresso from competitor´s own coffee, Syrups GIFFARD will be provided by the official partner of the competition St. Nicolaus Group
Ingredients must be measured.


| Performance Time |

Preparation Time – 6 min
Competition Time – 10 min
Cleaning up Time – 6 min
The preparation time takes place during the performance time of the previous competitor.


| Barista Inventory & Utensils |

Each competitor must provide their own Milk pitchers, barista cloths, portioned sugar.

Coffee Machine Nuova Simonelli Appia Life, dual-group, set to 93°C
Coffee grinder Eureka Helios 80, Eureka Helios 65 - in case the competitor is interested.
Scales, knock out box, tamper, OCD - coffee distributor, cups for espresso and cappuccino
Milk Rajo Barista 3,5 %

| Clothing / Outfit |

Suitable barista attire or school uniform used for service.


| Order of Competitors |

The order of performance for competitors is according to the draw at the meeting with team leaders, the competition organisers, and judges.


| Evaluation |

The judges evaluate the performance of each competitor, the workstation, the technique of drink preparation, taste, aroma, appearance, and overall impression. The rules have been adapted to the EUROCUP 2024.


| Instructions |

Will be given at the meeting with the team leaders, the competition organisers, and the judges, and directly on-site after the opening of the competition day.
