The international competition for young bartenders, baristas, and future gastronomy professionals returns to Prešov. Two days where it’s not just about technique – but also about composure, confidence, and performing under pressure.
Beyond the competition, the event offers valuable opportunities for professional growth through workshops led by experienced industry experts.

The program is divided into three competition categories:
EUROCUP Barista 2026 (October 6)
Festive Tables (October 6)
EUROCUP Junior Bartenders (October 7)
The bartending competition takes place in multiple rounds:
• Competitors are divided 4 categories
• Each participant prepares 3 servings of a drink within their category
• Category winners advance to the super final
The final is decided by a single, predefined drink.
Competition categories and performance order are determined through an online draw (approx. May 15, 2026).
Each participant will receive their assigned competition category and a mandatory base ingredient to work with.
Registration has been extended via the online form until May 10, 2026.
