DRINK CATEGORIES
Each participant will create their own original recipes for both beverage categories according to the conditions provided below and they must be submitted and registered for the competition by October 10, 2023.
1st. category – Bartender´s choice drink 4 portions
2nd. category – Fancy soft drink 4 portions

Recipe
It must contain Warner´s London Dry Gin 40% as the base, according to your own choice, in a minimum volume of 3 cl. Other ingredients may be modifiers (such as bitters, syrups, liqueurs, etc.) In case of using another spirit, its volume must be smaller than the volume of the mandatory ingredient.

It must contain MONIN syrup from the RUDOLF JELÍNEK Slovakia, s. r. o. portfolio, in a minimum quantity of 1 cl, along with any non-alcoholic product. The use of ice cream is allowed, up to a maximum quantity of 6 cl.
