Portions for each category: 2x


| Basic Requirements |

Espresso: 25-35 ml, 9 g per portion, own coffee
Cappuccino: 180 ml, own coffee
The competitor will bring their own grinder set for their own coffee
Signature coffee cocktail – espresso, it is allowed to use own coffee prepared by other alternative methods
Ingredients must be measured.


| Performance Time |

Preparation Time – 6 min
Performance Time – 10 min
Cleaning up Time – 6 min
The preparation time takes place during the performance time of the previous competitor.


| Barista Inventory & Utensils |

Each competitor must provide their own milk pitchers, coffee service inventory, working tools and other utensils, glassware for Signature coffee cocktail, own coffee, own coffee grinder, coffee spoons, barista cloths and portioned sugar.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

| Clothing / Outfit |

Participants, when preparing drinks, work in school uniforms for practical training with the school´s labelling/logo, or in other suitable attire. Wearing clothing with advertisements is not allowed.


| Order of Competitors |

The order of performance for competitors is according to the draw at the meeting with team leaders, the competition organisers, and judges.


| Evaluation |

The judges evaluate the performance of each competitor, the workstation, the technique of drink preparation, taste, aroma, appearance, and overall impression. The rules have been adapted to the EUROCUP 2023.


| Instructions |

Will be given at the meeting with the team leaders, the competition organisers, and the judges, and directly on-site after the opening of the competition day.
